體內調理

  1. 忌酒精、辛辣油炸食物、甜食、大麥、龍眼、榴槤、芒果、荔枝。

  2. 少吃海鮮食物、咖啡因類。

  3. 多飲水、無糖綠豆湯、無糖黑豆水、橙、 西柚、芥蘭、 西蘭花。

  4. 每天有30-40分鐘透過有氧運動排汗。

1. Avoid alcohol, spicy or fried foods, sugary snacks, barley, longan, durian, mango, and lychee.

2. Consume seafood and drinks containing caffeine in moderation.
